How course will be run:

2 days prior to training day we will send through the theory booklet to your email which has ALL the information about Hybrid & Volume lashes, following digging deep into how to maintain a loyal clientele base and grow your business month by month, year by year and much more! This way you have a digital copy, which you can keep and refer back too whenever you need!

Before in person training commences, the booklet must have been read in your own time and will be going through the multiple-choice questions and answers together, including a few topics in the booklet.

We understand that everyone has different ways of learning, and you may prefer to go through the theory together in person. If this may be you, we are totally happy to and will accommodate extra time on the day of training.

Day 1- We spend quality time focusing on how to make handmade fans using fast fanning lashes, how to than dip into the glue and wrap the fan onto another synthetic lash. Learning and knowing how to complete this step will set you up for success in the volume industry. We do not move onto another practical step, unless you are confident in what you are doing.

• Looking into different mapping styles for different eye shapes, and lash health. Knowing how to exactly give the client what they are after but in a safe way and not damaging the clients lashes.

• Using all different volume types such as pre made fans and pro made fans. This way you can see which direction you ideally want to go down in terms of types of fans that is suitable for you and your business.

• Discussing together how to track your sales, expenses and profit per month and per year.

• How to create an attractive Instagram account, so the instructor will look at your business page and provide feedback and areas of improvement if needed.

• covering any other queries or questions the student may have.

Then will jump completing a full set on a live model for the second half of the day. This will be completed under my supervision the whole time and will assist whenever needed.

Day 2- Is another date organised between you and the trainer, roughly a week or two later to cover outgrown lashes, how to remove using your tweezers and the process of completing a re-fill. A re-fill is then completed on the same model from day 1.

Before the second catch up a full set of volume lashes or hybrid lashes must be completed on a model within your own time to be able to receive your certificate at the end of Day 2. This is to stay accountable and motivated. That way when we catch up on Day 2 we can also go through any queries or concerns you may have noticed and want to cover.
